The audit results are graded as follows-1:
A-Level (≥90%): Valid for 2 years; suppliers receive priority for new orders.
B-Level (≥80%): Valid for 1 year; demonstrates good compliance.
C-Level (<80% or Critical issues): Requires immediate corrective action and follow-up audits within a limited timeframe.
